BREAKFAST SELECTION IS ABUNDANT AND THE STAFF IS VERY NICE
THE LOCATION IS QUITE UNCONVENIENT, THE RESTAURANTS CLOSE BY ARE CLOSED ON SUNDAY, SO YOU NEED TO REACH THE CITY CENTER; ALSO THE ROAD TO REACH IT IS NOT CONVENIENT FOR PEDESTRIANS AND EVEN GOOGLE MAPS GETS LOST AROUND THERE; BOOKING.COM DIDN'T INCLUDE BREAKFAST IN THE RESEVATION, SO IT TURND OUT AS AN EXTRACOST FOR ME.

What was the highlight of ibis Blois Vallée Maillard
Convenient but cramped location for access to Blois centre.
It was a very easy place to find and was well signposted on the outskirts of Blois. It was a little too far from which to explore the city but we did not expect to have time anyway. The optional supper was very good as was the tv channel selection. Parking was excellent. See below for décor and space usage.
Our welcome and check-in were very poor as the member of staff on duty seemed curt and surprisingly unfriendly for a person on duty in that role. She also briefly helped to prepare the supper table, in a clumsy manner. I must say the other two staff were VERY friendly and helpful by comparison. I I appreciate IBIS's policy on room design and so on; we found the room very cramped and actually smaller than the IBIS BUDGET room we used the previous week. I would not wish to spend more than one night in such confined space. NB - The décor and security were very good however. I mentioned the cramped space to the manager next day.

Staff and location good; small and could be more comfortable
Location good between city and autoroute. A warm welcome and attentive staff. Secure parking. Breakfast selection ok.
Bathrooms are too small possibly consider revised layout when next renovating, Bedroom also compact. Compared to other similarly priced hotels beds not very comfortable (for half of party)

Very Good
Friend, clean, great food.
Rooms were supposed to be adjoining as traveling with children but they weren't.
